Find a plastic surgeon in South Carolina

Every plastic surgeon and registered plastic surgery practice the federal NPI register lists across 19 South Carolina cities. Alphabetical, dated and free to appear: a register, not a ranking.

Register read October 2, 2026

This finder shows what the U.S. government’s NPI register (NPPES) says, and nothing else: 80 plastic surgeons and 43 registered plastic surgery practices across 19 South Carolina cities. Each surgeon has a profile carrying their register record: address, phone, NPI, the license number the register shows and where to verify it. The register does not record board certification; check it on the American Board of Plastic Surgery’s lookup.

Who does what

The register can tell you a provider’s registered specialty and address, not who is good, who is board-certified or who performs a given procedure. Here is what it does and does not show.

Plastic surgeon

A surgeon with specialty training in plastic surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive. Board certification is a separate step: the American Board of Plastic Surgery’s public lookup confirms it. The profile tier on every city page.

Other surgeons who do cosmetic work

Physicians from other specialties also perform cosmetic procedures, and some hold certification from boards outside the American Board of Medical Specialties. The register cannot show who does what; this finder lists only the plastic surgery taxonomies.

Registered practice

A practice registered as an organization under a plastic surgery taxonomy. The record names the organization, not the surgeon; ask who would operate and where, and check the facility’s accreditation.

How this list works

Everything on this page comes from one source: the federal NPI register (NPPES), read on October 2, 2026. It lists every provider in the 19 South Carolina cities this finder covers whose register address matches, alphabetically. No one can pay to be added, removed or reordered, and there are no ratings or reviews here, because we have not called or visited these practices.

Three caveats the register itself requires: an NPI number is not proof of an active license (verify one at the SC LLR license lookup), addresses are self-reported and can be stale, and a listing says nothing about quality. If you are listed here and something is wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove the entry against the register.

Before you call anyone

  • How to check a plastic surgeon

Board certification, the license lookup and facility accreditation: the three checks before a consultation.

  • Liposuction cost

The plastic surgeons’ national fee, all-in prices by area treated, and what the quote leaves out.

  • Tummy tuck cost

Full, mini and extended tummy tucks, what each price includes, and when liposuction is the alternative.

  • What insurance and Medicaid cover

Reconstructive versus cosmetic, insurer criteria, the mastectomy reconstruction law and South Carolina Medicaid.
